Reviews Policy

1. Where the reviews come from

The reviews here are messages customers sent us — most on WhatsApp, sometimes on Instagram or by email. The store owner copies the message into our admin system, and from there it is shown on the site. We do not write reviews ourselves, and we do not publish text a customer did not write.

2. There is no review form on this site

There is no form here for leaving a review. The only way a review reaches this page is a message you sent us directly.

3. We do not edit the content

We publish the customer's words as they wrote them — we do not soften a review and we do not strengthen it. If a message is very long, only part of it may be shown, without changing its meaning. We display a first name only, and sometimes a city.

4. There is no "verified purchase" badge here

Deliberately. Such a badge is a claim of verification, and we do not run an automated check that matches every review against an order in our store — so we will not display a mark implying that we do. What we do commit to is stated above: every review on this site is a message we received from a real customer, and we do not write reviews ourselves.

5. When a review will not be published, or will be removed

• Abusive, racist or threatening content.
• Defamation.
• Someone's personal details — full name, phone number, address.
• Content unrelated to the product or the service.
• The customer asked us to take their review down.

A review is not removed merely for being negative. Criticism of the product, the sizing, the delivery time or the service stays on the site.

6. Changing or removing your own review

Wrote us something and want to correct it, or would rather it did not appear on the site? Send a message to the store's WhatsApp — 050-9559098. You do not need to give a reason. Use the same channel to complain about someone else's review.

7. We do not pay for reviews

We do not pay for reviews and we do not give a discount, a gift or anything else in exchange for one. No benefit in the store depends on writing a review.
